If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund through the original method of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not ship to countries prohibited under Saudi laws and regulations, including OFAC-sanctioned countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product availability or separate fulfillment locations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changes to orders after checkout may result in additional charges if applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>2. Delivery Locations<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:<\/span><b> Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam\/Khobar and other large cities.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remote or out-of-coverage areas may require additional time or special arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>3. Delivery Time<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Bullet delivery<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is completed within 2 hours from receiving the order and is available in select areas within Riyadh only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Express delivery:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2060Express delivery is next day in Riyadh if the order is placed before 4 pm, 2-3 days to Jeddah and Dammam\/Khobar and other large cities, and 4-5 days for other cities. If the order is received after 4 pm, it will take an additional day<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delays may occur due to order volume, invalid address, courier restrictions, public holidays, severe weather, or product availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>4. Delivery Charges<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Orders below 300 SAR<\/b>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Standard locations &#8211; 22 SAR<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Orders above 300 AED<\/b>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Free of charge for all locations.<\/p>\n<h4><b>5. Damaged Items<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with photo evidence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will replace the affected product or issue a refund based on product availability and your preference.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>6.
