Delivery Policy

1. General Information

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund through the original method of payment.

We do not ship to countries prohibited under Saudi laws and regulations, including OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on product availability or separate fulfillment locations.

Changes to orders after checkout may result in additional charges if applicable.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam/Khobar and other large cities. 

Remote or out-of-coverage areas may require additional time or special arrangements.

3. Delivery Time

Bullet delivery is completed within 2 hours from receiving the order and is available in select areas within Riyadh only.

Express delivery: ⁠Express delivery is next day in Riyadh if the order is placed before 4 pm, 2-3 days to Jeddah and Dammam/Khobar and other large cities, and 4-5 days for other cities. If the order is received after 4 pm, it will take an additional day

Delays may occur due to order volume, invalid address, courier restrictions, public holidays, severe weather, or product availability.

4. Delivery Charges

Standard locations – 22 SAR

Free of charge for all locations.

5. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with photo evidence.

We will replace the affected product or issue a refund based on product availability and your preference.
