Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Nordic Essence, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide premium products and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following policy for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Returns at the Time of Delivery

We understand that returns may happen. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, you may return it immediately at the time of delivery. 

Because our products may be perishable, returns or refunds are not possible once the delivery has been accepted by the customer. 

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original condition,

Unopened, unused,

In original packaging with labels intact.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. The timing may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

3. Exchanges

We provide exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged. The exchange request must be made at the time of delivery by contacting our team. 

The replacement product will be delivered on the next available delivery date for your area. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange: 

Items that have been opened or used,

Customized, altered, or partially consumed products.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders due to stock availability, restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. We maintain a record of fraudulent transactions and may cancel or refuse future orders from related accounts. 

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment or preparation. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible due to product handling and perishability.

6. Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather disruptions, courier restrictions, supply chain delays, or unforeseen events. In such cases, deliveries may be rescheduled, and affected customers will be notified.
